Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. I've added a model card for TagaVLM based on the recent paper and its official GitHub repository.

This PR includes:

• Relevant metadata (pipeline_tag, license).

Note: I have omitted the library_name metadata as the model requires a specific patched version of the transformers library provided by the authors to function correctly.
