Improve model card with pipeline tag and library

This PR improves the model card by adding the necessary pipeline_tag and library_name metadata, enhancing discoverability on the Hugging Face Hub. The license is confirmed as apache-2.0. This makes the model card more informative and complete. The existing links to the project page and Github repository are retained.
